Off-Road Safety Training Inc. offers individual and corporate training in the safe operation of recreational off-road vehicles and ATVs. Tim Norris serves as the ORST Inc. chief instructor and has been certified by both ROHVA (Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Association) and ASI (ATV Safety Institute).

We specialize in corporate training. We can create a training/safety program that focuses on specific issues involved with how the vehicles are actually being used, versus recreational use. Virginia Dominion Power has exclusively used our services since 2017.
